Shelley Miyamoto, MD, of Children’s Hospital Colorado in Aurora, Colorado, has been awarded the ISHLT/Enduring Hearts Transplant Longevity Award for her work looking at the early diagnosis of a common cause of post-transplant morbidity.

Stanford Researcher Wins Award for Work on Post-Transplant Rejection12 June 2019
Kiran Khush, M.D., Associate Professor of Cardiovascular Medicine at Stanford University, was awarded the ISHLT/Enduring Hearts Transplant Longevity Award for her work examining a new pathway involved in the development of chronic rejection after heart transplantation, which opens the door for innovative treatment options.

2017 Impact factor for Journal of Heart and Lung Transplantation on the rise -- again28 June 2018
The 2017 impact factor for JHLT rose again this year, standing at 7.955, up from last year’s 7.114. In addition, the Journal continued to rank at #1 in transplantation and #3 out of 200 in the highly competitive field of surgery.
