ISHLT has contracted guest rooms at several hotels within walking distance of the John B. Hynes Veterans Memorial Convention Center.
Online booking access will be available beginning in October. Rooms can be reserved at the ISHLT room rate through Thursday, 27 March 2025, subject to availability. After 27 March, all unreserved rooms will be released back to the hotels for public sale.

Hotel Scam Warning
This is the only place to book your housing for the ISHLT 2025 Annual Meeting and Scientific Sessions. Contact by any company soliciting as the “official” ISHLT housing company, offering special non-refundable rates at ISHLT conference hotels, and/or requesting credit card information should be considered a scam. All attendees and exhibitors should be aware that no one from ISHLT or ConferenceDirect solicits directly by telephone for hotel bookings or special discounts. ConferenceDirect is the official housing company of the ISHLT 2025 Annual Meeting and Scientific Sessions.
Hotel Check-In and Check-out
The check-in and check-out time vary by hotel. Please review the confirmation you receive from the hotel for its check-in and check-out times.
Hotel Cancellation Policy
All reservations require a valid credit card to hold a reservation. A deposit of one night's room and tax that will be charged to your credit card on April 4, 2025. Cancellations must be made at least (3) days or (72) hours prior to your arrival date to avoid forfeiting the deposit of one night's room and tax.
Housing Bureau Cancellation Policy
The ISHLT2025 Annual Meeting & Scientific Sessions housing bureau, ConferenceDirect, will charge a $30 cancellation fee for room cancellations made at any time. Should you cancel, this charge will appear on your credit card statement as “CONFDIRECT*ISHLT2025". Cancellations made directly with the hotel will also incur this fee.
Corporate Group Hotel Reservations
Corporate Group Hotel Reservations Corporate group blocks may be made by exhibiting companies only. Any request for 10 or more rooms must be submitted in writing to ISHLT Meetings and Industry Partnerships Manager Lisa Collins at lisa.collins@ishlt.org and received by Monday, February 10, 2025. These blocks must be approved by ISHLT and a sub-block contract with ISHLT will be required for group reservations of 10 or more rooms.
Hotel/Airport Transportation
All hotels are located approximately 8 miles from Boston Logan International Airport (BOS). The airport is accessible via taxi (approximately $30 USD each way).
Shuttle service is offered between Boston Logan International Airport and the Prudential Center at 800 Boylston Street, which is located adjacent to the John B. Hynes Veterans Memorial Convention Center entrance. Get more information on the Logan Express Back Bay.

Travelling by Rail
Amtrak is a passenger rail service that connects Boston, New York, Washington, DC, Philadelphia, Baltimore, Portland (ME) and other points nationwide.
