ISHLTconnect is now open to anyone involved in the management and treatment of advanced heart and lung disease, including transplantation, mechanical circulatory support, and pulmonary vascular disease. Nonmembers can connect with this international network through the ten Professional Community forums, while ISHLT members have complete access to the full list of forums and discussion boards.
