Children's Clothing Donation Drive
Supporting Cradles for Crayons® Boston
As part of ISHLT’s social responsibility efforts, the Society is hosting a children’s clothing donation drive at ISHLT2025 to support Cradles to Crayons® Boston and those experiencing clothing insecurity.
More than 1 in 3 children in Massachusetts aged 12 and younger live in low-income or homeless situations and are at risk of clothing insecurity. Cradles to Crayons® believes that all children deserve the essentials they need to feel safe, warm, ready to learn, and valued. Cradles to Crayons® collects and distributes new and high-quality used children’s goods to children living in homeless or low-income situations with the essential items they need to thrive—at home, at school, and at play—for free.
The ISHLT2025 clothing drive will focus on donating:
- Children’s pajamas
- Children’s underwear
- Children’s socks
There will be a donation bin on-site in Boston or you can participate ahead of the meeting by purchasing items through Cradles to Crayons® Amazon Wish List.
If you purchase items from the Amazon Wish List, please have any donations shipped directly to Asante Monteiro at Cradles to Crayons in Newton, MA. The shipping address will appear under Other Addresses at checkout.
