Committees
ISHLT members participate in a variety of committees and task forces to coordinate the Society's efforts towards fulfilling its mission.
These include the Oversight Committees managing the overall activities of the Society, standing committees performing specific tasks, ad hoc committees and Task Forces, and the Steering Committees that lead the ISHLT Interdisciplinary Networks (IDNs).

Advanced Heart Failure & Transplantation Interdisciplinary Network Steering Committee
Each Interdisciplinary Network (IDN) is led by a Steering Committee, to ensure that the mission, purposes, and activities pursued by SHLT are reflective of the perspectives and needs of the entire health care delivery team.

Conflict of Interest Management Committee
The Conflict-of-Interest Management Committee is responsible for the development, and management of ISHLT conflict of interest policies, including identifying and mitigating potential conflicts and determining processes to review and mitigate COI.

The purpose of the Early Career and Trainee Committee (ECTC) is to coordinate the Society’s efforts to engage with, provide effective mentorship of and leadership opportunities for those who are in the early stages of their careers.
