Sigue habiendo una variabilidad significativa entre los centros de trasplante torácico en cuanto a la evaluación y selección de candidatos y los criterios de selección de donantes. Esta sesión explorará estrategias actualizadas para expandir el grupo de donantes de corazón y pulmón, los casos tempranos de desafíos post-trasplante, y la importancia de tener un enfoque de equipo multidisciplinario.
