ISHLT2025 Call for Symposium Proposals
After the success of the ISHLT 44th Annual Meeting & Scientific Sessions in Prague, ISHLT invites members to begin developing content for the ISHLT 45th Annual Meeting & Scientific Sessions to be held 27-30 April, 2024, in Boston, MA USA.
For the 2025 scientific program, our multidisciplinary symposia will be 75 minutes, spotlighting the interdisciplinary essence of ISHLT while fostering cross-collaboration among its Professional Communities (PCs). Each symposium will include a maximum of 60 minutes for presentations and a minimum of 15 minutes for discussion/Q&A to engage the audience.
The submission site will open on Monday, 3 June, 2024, and the deadline for all proposals is Monday, 24 June, 2024, at 11:59 p.m. EDT. The link to access the site will be emailed to all ISHLT members on Monday, 3 June.
We strongly advise consulting with the appropriate Interdisciplinary Network (IDN) Steering Committee pertaining to your topic before submission, as they offer guidance on educational areas prioritized for the Annual Meeting. You can find the list of current IDN leadership groups here. We also encourage members to discuss potential topics using the PC and IDN forums on the ISHLTconnect platform.

Please note: Only ISHLT members who are not owners/employees of ACCME-defined ineligible companies are permitted to submit proposals. Proposals submitted by non-members or by members who are employed by industry will not be considered. In addition, members of the Annual Meeting Program Planning Committee must refrain from developing content.
