ISHLT2025 Symposium Proposal Submission Site Now Open
The submission site for ISHLT2025 Symposia Proposals is now open! Submit proposals for 75-minute symposia to the ISHLT 45th Annual Meeting & Scientific Sessions, to be held 27-30 April, 2025 in Boston, MA USA.
Review the ISHLT2025 Symposium Proposal Submission Guide for details on how to develop your proposal. The guide includes a proposal template to help you collect the information you’ll need when you submit as well as lists of topics organized by Interdisciplinary Network (Heart, Lung, MCS, and PVD) based on feedback from the ISHLT2024 Annual Meeting Evaluation Survey.
The deadline for receipt of all proposals is Monday, 24 June, 2024, at 11:59 p.m. EDT.
The Program Planning Committee strongly advises consulting with the appropriate Interdisciplinary Network (IDN) Steering Committee pertaining to your topic before submission, as they offer guidance on educational areas prioritized for the Annual Meeting. Members are also encouraged to engage in discussions about potential topics via the PC and IDN forums on the ISHLTconnect platform. Log in to ISHLTconnect here or on the ISHLTconnect mobile app.
In order to submit a Symposia Proposal you must:
- Be an ISHLT member in good standing.
- Be a member of at least one ISHLT Professional Community.
- Not be an owner or employee of an ACCME-defined ineligible company.
