ISHLT2024 Meeting Final Program Announced

44th Annual Meeting & Scientific Sessions features the latest in advanced heart and lung disease science and clinical practice.
CHICAGO, USA – 22 January, 2024 – The Final Program for the 44th International Society for Heart and Lung Transplantation (ISHLT) Annual Meeting & Scientific Sessions is now available. The program, held in-person in Prague, Czech Republic on 10-13 April, 2024, features presentations spanning a breadth of clinical practice and research concerning heart and lung transplantation, advanced heart and lung disease, mechanical circulatory support, and pulmonary vascular disease.
“The 2024 ISHLT Annual Meeting will have amazing content created by a fantastic program committee of over 60 members from different backgrounds within ISHLT,” says Göran Dellgren, MD, PhD, ISHLT 2024 Scientific Program Chair. “From 195 submitted symposium proposals and over 1,750 abstract submissions, we have created over 110 different sessions featuring cutting-edge science within the field of end-stage heart and lung disease, mechanical circulatory support, and pulmonary hypertension. The program features more than 250 invited speakers in three general sessions and 46 symposia sessions, highlighting the interdisciplinary nature of ISHLT and encouraging collaboration across professions and specialties. The program is designed to showcase the latest scientific advanced and groundbreaking research presentations on hot topics of interest around the globe. Over 1,480 accepted abstracts will be featured in multiple oral, mini oral, and poster sessions throughout the conference. Abstract content is embargoed until 1 March.
