On-demand access to content from the 42nd Annual Meeting and Scientific Sessions is now available! Input the email you used when you registered to ensure you get access.

Having Trouble Accessing the Platform? Here’s some tips to help get you logged in. If you’ve reviewed all the tips below and still need assistance, please send an email to for more help.
Everyone with an in-person registration has access to the on-demand/virtual platform, except for Guest registrants and those with Exhibitor “Booth Only” access. Everyone who purchased virtual on demand registration also has access to the platform.
Those already registered received an email from ISHLT <> on Tuesday, 31 May when the platform opens. The email should have your personalized link to log into the platform. That link should not be shared with anyone else! Please bookmark it to ensure you have access throughout the time the platform is open.

If you didn’t receive the email, we recommend adding to your “allowlist” in your email software, or asking the IT administrator at your system to do so for you.

If you can’t find the email with your login information and need to generate another link, visit and enter the email address used at registration. The X-CD platform will generate another email from granting permission to log in.

If you don’t receive either of these emails, please send an email to or call +1-972-490-9495 for additional assistance.
No, sessions cannot be viewed through the mobile app. If you wish to watch sessions from a mobile device or tablet, you need to do so through a mobile browser, although we do recommend the platform be accessed from a laptop or desktop computer.
