ISHLT will, at its discretion, provide meeting space, if available at no additional cost to ISHLT, for the following approved ISHLT Affiliate Events, provided the event is for the purpose of pursuing work related to an ISHLT-related project/activity:

• Standards and Guidelines Writing Groups/Writing Committees
• Interdisciplinary Network or Professional Community Workforces
• Symposium Planning Groups
• Academy Planning Groups
• Joint Symposium Planning Groups

AV equipment/labor, catering, and signage is NOT provided. If AV equipment/labor, catering, or signage is required, a formal request for funding must be submitted to ISHLT at least 3 months prior to the date of the Annual Meeting. These events will be included in the mobile app and on the ISHLT2025 website, if requested, approved, and scheduled by 7 February, 2025.

ISHLT will, at its discretion, provide meeting space, if available at no additional cost to ISHLT, for approved Other Affiliate Events involving groups of individuals registered for the ISHLT Annual Meeting, provided that:

• There is no industry funding for the event and the event is not sponsored or organized by commercial interests.
• The event is not an educational activity.
• The event is conducted by a non-industry entity that, in ISHLT’s determination, is engaged in activities related to the interests of ISHLT.
• The event is not deemed by ISHLT to be in competition with or detrimental to the interests of ISHLT.

AV equipment/labor, catering, and signage is NOT provided. If AV equipment/labor, catering, or signage is required, Other Affiliate Event groups are responsible for making their own arrangements and assuming all costs. These events will be included in the mobile app and on the ISHLT2025 website, if requested, approved and scheduled by 7 February, 2024.
