International Thoracic Organ Transplant (TTX) Registry
TTX Registry Steering Committee
The TTX Registry Steering Committee is responsible for the oversight of the registry's operation and monitoring its ongoing progress.
Data Coordinating Center
The Data Coordinating Center (DCC) for the TTX Registry is the United Network for Organ Sharing (UNOS). UNOS hosts the database and manages the collection and analysis of the data. Questions about the TTX Registry and the data submission process may be directed to ishlthelp@unos.org.
As of early 2019, 45 centers have submitted data using our secure web-based data entry system, and 345 centers have participated through data sharing with the following Registry Partners:

- Instituto Nacional Central Unico Coordinador de Ablacion e Implante (INCUCAI) (Argentina)
- National Transplant Center of Italy (Italy)
- Organizacion Nacional de Trasplantes (Spain)
- Registro Español de Trasplante Cardíaco (Spain)
- Scandia Transplant (Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland)
- UK Transplant (United Kingdom, Ireland)
- United Network for Organ Sharing (USA)
The list of participating collectives will be updated after the Registry relaunch in late 2021.

International Thoracic Organ Transplant (TTX) Registry Data Request Policy
All requests for data and/or analysis from the International Thoracic Organ Transplant (TTX) Registry must be submitted using the ISHLT Data/Analysis Request Form.

International Thoracic Organ Transplant (TTX) Registry Enrollment Policy
All institutions and countries performing heart, heart-lung, and/or lung transplantation are invited to submit data to the ISHLT TTX Registry through a data sharing arrangement with the regional/national Data Collectives or Registry Partners.

International Thoracic Organ Transplant (TTX) Registry Data Use Agreement
Individuals requesting standard deidentified datasets will be required to sign a Data Use Agreement (DUA) before receiving the dataset.
