Online Registration for the ishlt academy Masters Course is now CLOSED. If you would like to be placed on a waiting list, please send your email request to communications@ishlt.org. Requests will be on a first-come, first-serve basis. We may be able to offer the options of selling the class materials to those who were unable to register. We will contact those on the waitlist about this after the meeting.
The registration fee includes Saturday night dinner, Sunday morning continental breakfast, and breaks.

Housing
The ishlt academy Masters Course will be held at the Hilton Chicago, 720 South Michigan Avenue, Chicago, Illinois. Sleeping rooms have been blocked for ISHLT, and you may reserve a room online by clicking HERE or by downloading the Official ISHLT Housing Form. Group reservations (for 5 or more rooms) must be arranged through Lisa Edwards at the ISHLT headquarters office.
