Who can submit a case report? Junior Faculty (defined as an individual whose formal professional training was completed five or fewer years ago) and Trainees are eligible to submit case reports in one of the six categories below:

 
  • Heart Failure/Transplantation
  • Infectious Diseases
  • Lung Failure/Transplantation
  • Mechanical Circulatory Support
  • Pediatrics
  • Pulmonary Hypertension

The submission content for Junior Faculty Clinical Case Reports should include:
 
  1. Introduction
  2. Case Report
  3. Summary
